Ginette Morel is a seasoned management consultant, business woman and professional coach who has worked with CEO’s of many Fortune 500 corporations providing transformational programmes, high performance team projects and multicultural interventions. She uses state of the art methods in transformational leadership and project management, knowledge learning and innovation management. Ginette is a key player in advising, coaching and leading senior public sector executives in major transitional projects internationally. Her career has been global in scope, serving clients in over 10 countries including recently in Taiwan, Japan, South Africa, Europe and Canada. Her role in the last twenty years has impacted numerous government federal agencies, as well as private corporations. Ginette has designed, facilitated and led training and development programmes for thousands of executives worldwide. Marcus M. Mottley is a business consultant, clinical psychologist, executive coach and business owner with more than 35 years of experience in the fields of education, mental health, and human resource and organizational development. He develops and presents keynotes and seminars nationally and internationally, and provides consulting services to corporations, associations, government agencies and community organizations.
Dr. Mottley works with private and public sector organizations in the Caribbean, the United States and Europe, and has executive coaching clients worldwide. He has a strong record of having successfully completed performance, productivity and climate assessments within organizations and has helped to address cultural competency issues, resolve team conflicts, build human capital capacity, and effectively resolve human resource challenges within public and private sector organizations.
His capabilities include helping organizations to resolve human resource and personnel issues, developing and implementing solution focused strategies to successfully address performance and productivity gaps, and providing coaching for staff at all levels to foster leadership development and effective management capabilities and competencies.
He has extensive training in the use of management and organizational assessment tools and is a certified training manager, certified business and life coach, certified seminar leader and is a trained professional speaker. He has been a member of the American Seminar Leaders Association, Toastmasters International and the National Speakers Association. He is a three-time winner (2002, 2004 & 2005) of Toastmasters International Public Speaking Contest for District 36 representing Washington, DC & Maryland. He is also certified in several psychological approaches to healing including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Brief Strategic Therapy, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Hypnotherapy and is certified to use several personnel and leadership assessment tools including the DISC and the Emotional Intelligence scale (EQ-I).
Dr. Mottley has over 45 years of practice and experience in Asian and African paths to meditation, martial arts, and methods of personal and spiritual empowerment.
